About the event
BAL STL is a community driven dance group located near St Louis, Missouri focusing on Balboa, a close-embrace swing dance from the early 20th century. We teach from the ground up so no prior experience necessary! We mostly dance to vintage swing dance music and will often go to events that hire local bands to play live!
This dance group is more than an opprtunity to learn a new skill or a chance to get a little exercise in in a fun way. We are a group of friends and we spend more time together than just class time. So if you're looking to make friends, love vintage music, or are just looking for a place to learn to dance for a wedding or event, BAL STL is for you!
